We’re pleased to share the latest HubSwitch firmware update, delivering improvements to hot water control, system functionality, and overall performance.
What’s New
Manual Override Mode for Hot Water Scheduling
A manual control mode allows you to override your hot water schedule as required. The override remains active until it is manually adjusted, providing greater flexibility and control.
OpenTherm Delay Feature
OpenTherm delay provides improved control over compatible combi boilers allowing you to set a delay on triggering the heat source to wait for valves etc. to open before the boiler is fired. *insert delay range here when confirmed*
Separate Channel for OpenTherm
Channel settings are available in Room Advanced parameters. OpenTherm has been added as a separate channel for easier configuration.
Enhanced Firmware Stability
General system stability has been improved, resulting in more consistent and reliable operation.
How to Update
- Tap “Update” to begin the update.
- The update will run automatically in the background.
- Your hub will update and then restart.
Important Information
- After the restart, please check that all your settings are still correct.
- During the restart, there may be a brief interruption to app control while the hub reconnects to your WiFi network.
